Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of the FFS Merch website and any order placed with FFS Merch Ltd ("FFS Merch", "we", "us"), a company registered in England & Wales, trading from Axwell Park, Blaydon, NE21 5PB. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Prices shown on the website are estimates based on the quantity, product, and print method selected, and are subject to confirmation once we review your artwork and requirements. A quote request does not create a binding contract. An order is only confirmed once we have received full payment (or an agreed deposit for trade accounts) and have accepted your artwork as print-ready.

You are responsible for supplying artwork in the format we request and for ensuring you have the right to use any logo, image, or design submitted for printing. We will flag any artwork issues we spot, but we are not liable for spelling, colour, or design errors present in files you approve for print. Colours may vary slightly between screen and printed garment due to differences in fabric, ink, and printing method.

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken securely through Stripe at the point of order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on the website at any time before an order is confirmed.

Estimated delivery times shown on the website and at checkout begin once your order is confirmed and artwork has been approved for print. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, stock availability, and public holidays.

Because our products are custom printed to your specification, they are made-to-order and are not eligible for return or refund once production has started, except where the goods are faulty or do not match what was agreed. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you wish to cancel an order before production has begun, contact us as soon as possible at hello@ffsmerch.co.uk.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a reprint, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

We aim to provide accurate information and a reliable service, but we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (including for death, personal injury, or fraud).

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
