The clocks go back at 2am on Sunday 25 October. Overnight, the walk home from school, the after-school club pick-up and the late-afternoon football session move into dusk and darkness. For schools, nurseries, sports clubs, Scout and Brownie groups, and the businesses that sponsor them, this is the time of year when keeping children visible matters most.
It's also the focus of a national campaign this week. The Child Brain Injury Trust is running GloWeek from 19–25 October 2026, its annual road safety awareness campaign "encouraging children, families, schools and communities across the UK to Be Bright, Be Seen."

- Colours: 9 options: Fluorescent Yellow, Fluorescent Orange, Lime Green, Sky Blue, Royal Blue, Navy, Red, Pink and Burgundy
An important note on colours: only Fluorescent Orange and Fluorescent Yellow are certified as safety vests. All the other colours are "enhanced visibility" only. If the vests are for road safety, walking buses or anything near traffic, choose Fluorescent Yellow or Fluorescent Orange. The other colours are great for team identity at events, on trips or in matching club colours.
Branding: DTF printing
We brand these with DTF (direct-to-film) printing, which gives sharp, full-colour logos on polyester. There are two print positions:
- Front: ideal for a small school crest or club badge
- Back: the big, visible spot for a school name, club name or sponsor logo
The first position is included, and each extra position adds £0.25 per unit. Before anything goes to print, we upload an official PDF proof to your account for you to check and approve.

The minimum order is 25, and you can mix sizes and colours in a single order. Not every colour is held in stock for the 48 Hour service. Some are print-on-demand, so if you need them fast, pick a stocked colour or speak to us.
Timing: get them in before the dark evenings bite
